- 🥩 500g beef brisket
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 cups chopped green onions
- 1 cup bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Broth
- 💧 6 cups water
- 2 cups beef broth

Boil the beef brisket in 6 cups of water for 45 minutes until tender.

Remove the beef, shred it into thin strips, and set aside.
