Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (200g), diced
Vegetables
- 🍠 1 sweet potato (200g), diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 50ml water
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Soak diced sweet potato in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Dice onion, bell peppers, and chicken into 1cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add grated garlic, grated ginger, onion, and sweet potato to the pan. Stir until coated with oil, then add water. Cover and steam over low heat for 3 minutes.
Add curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Add diced bell peppers and butter. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve over warm rice.
