Vegetables
- 🍠 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
Protein
- 🍗 300g chicken breast, diced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Peel and dice the sweet potato. Heat a wok with a little oil and stir-fry the sweet potato until slightly cooked. Cover with a lid to help it cook through.
Prepare diced chicken breast. You can use curry-flavored chicken or plain chicken as preferred.
Slice the green onion generously and set aside.
Add the diced chicken breast to the partially cooked sweet potato in the wok.
Add chopped onion to the wok and cover with a lid to cook through.
Once the mixture starts to simmer, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. Stir-fry to evaporate excess moisture.
Top with sliced red chili for a spicy kick and garnish with black sesame seeds. Serve hot.
