- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍠 90g sweet potato
Oil
- 150cc olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

步驟
Slice the sweet potato into 1cm thick rounds, then cut into halves or quarters depending on size. Soak in water briefly, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container for 4 minutes at 600W until tender. Drain excess water. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and sliced chili over low heat. Once fragrant, add the sweet potato and octopus. Cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to bubble.
