- 🍠 150g sweet potato
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushroom
Protein
- 🐟 2 fillets salmon (180g)
- 1 piece fried tofu
Grain
- 🍚 2 cups rice
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
步驟
Wash and peel the sweet potato, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the fried tofu into thin strips and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Rinse the rice thoroughly and place it in a rice cooker or pot.
Add the sweet potato, salmon fillets, tofu, and mushrooms on top of the rice.
Mix sake, mirin, soy sauce, and salt, then pour over the rice and ingredients.
Cook the rice according to the rice cooker instructions or simmer in a pot until done.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and ingredients before serving.
