Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🍠 90g sweet potato, diced
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder

Dice the sweet potato into 1.5cm cubes and soak in water. Drain well.

Add the soaked rice, seasoning ingredients (☆), and water up to the 1-cup mark in the rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the rice.

Place the diced sweet potato on top of the rice and cook using the regular rice setting. Once cooked, add the dried shirasu and gently mix.
