Main Ingredients
- 🍠 200g sweet potato
- 🥚 3 eggs
Optional Ingredients
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍎 1/4 apple, shredded
- 🌰 1 handful of nuts
步驟
Steam or bake the sweet potato, peel, and mash it.
Separate the egg yolks and whites.
Mix the mashed sweet potato with the egg yolks.
Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks to create meringue.
Fold the meringue into the sweet potato mixture gently.
Adjust the batter consistency with 1 tbsp of milk if needed.
Optionally, add shredded apple and nuts to the batter.
Pour the batter into a baking mold and bake at 190°C for 8 minutes.
Alternatively, microwave the batter for 6–7 minutes.
Let the bread cool slightly before serving.
