Main Ingredients
- 🍠 450g sweet potato, peeled and sliced thin
- 3 tbsp pancake mix
- 💧 75ml water
- 🌰 A pinch of black sesame seeds
Syrup Ingredients
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步驟
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them thinly using a knife or slicer.
In a bowl, mix the sliced sweet potatoes, pancake mix, and water until evenly coated.
Heat a pan with enough oil and fry the coated sweet potato slices until golden brown.
In the same pan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water over low heat to create the syrup.
Once the syrup turns golden brown, add the fried sweet potato slices and coat them evenly.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top and serve.
