Main Ingredients
- 🎃 200g steamed pumpkin
- 180g glutinous rice flour
- 🟤 1 tbsp unrefined brown sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 💧 2-3 tbsp water
Sauce Ingredients
- 🎃 65g steamed pumpkin
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🥛 1-2 tbsp milk
- 🌰 A small amount of pine nuts
步驟
Scoop out the seeds and peel the pumpkin. Steam until soft enough to pierce with a fork.
Mash the steamed pumpkin with a fork while still hot.
Sift glutinous rice flour with salt, then mix in sugar. Add the mashed pumpkin and knead into a dough.
Knead the dough thoroughly and shape into small round balls.
Boil the rice cake balls in water until they float, about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the cooked balls to ice water to cool immediately.
For the sauce, mix steamed pumpkin, honey, salt, milk, and pine nuts. Blend until smooth.
Drain the cooled rice cake balls and plate them. Drizzle or top with the pumpkin sauce.
