- 🍢 30-40 pieces of rice cakes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Blanch the rice cakes in hot water to soften them if they are hard from refrigeration.
Rinse the blanched rice cakes in water, then pan-fry them in a lightly oiled pan over low heat until golden brown.
Mix gochujang, corn syrup, ketchup, sugar, and minced garlic together to create the sauce.
Skewer the rice cakes onto wooden sticks or chopsticks, or serve them as is.
Cook the skewered rice cakes on the pan again with the sauce until fully coated and heated through.
