Fish
- 🐟 1 piece (100g) swordfish fillet
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Thinly slice the onion. Remove the stem and seeds from the green bell pepper, then slice it thinly.
Cut the swordfish into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the swordfish and cook, flipping occasionally, until browned. Then add the onion and bell pepper and stir-fry.
When the onion becomes translucent, add the ketchup, soy sauce, and black pepper. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
