- 🍄 50g canned sliced mushrooms
- 🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
- 🥬 80g shredded lettuce leaves
- 🍅 150g diced tomato
- 🥑 80g diced avocado

- 🍚 300g warm cooked rice
Condiments
- 🧀 A pinch of grated cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of coarse black pepper
Taco Sauce
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced onion, garlic, and ground beef until browned.
Add canned mushrooms and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Mix curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sake, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the taco sauce.
Pour the taco sauce into the pan and stir well. Cook for another 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Layer shredded lettuce on a serving plate, followed by warm cooked rice.
Top the rice with the cooked soboro mixture, diced tomato, and avocado.
Sprinkle grated cheese and coarse black pepper on top before serving.
