食材
Pork
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g boiled bamboo shoots
- 3 green peppers (90g)
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
步驟
Cut the bamboo shoots into quarters lengthwise and then into 5mm slices. Halve the green peppers, remove seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, oyster sauce, chicken broth powder).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add bamboo shoots and doubanjiang to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add green peppers and stir quickly until coated with oil.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry everything together until evenly coated.
