- 20 dumpling wrappers

- 50g boiled octopus, diced
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, minced
Meat
- 300g ground pork
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Cooking Oil
- Sesame oil as needed
Toppings
- Sauce as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Aonori seaweed as needed
- Bonito flakes as needed
步驟
Dice the boiled octopus into 1cm cubes. Mince the cabbage leaves.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced cabbage, tempura flakes, dashi powder, soy sauce, and grated ginger thoroughly.
Place the filling and diced octopus onto dumpling wrappers and wrap them into round shapes.
Lightly coat a takoyaki pan with sesame oil and place the dumplings seam-side down. Cook until golden brown.
Flip the dumplings and cook until the meat is fully cooked. Transfer to a serving plate.
Top with sauce, mayonnaise, aonori, and bonito flakes before serving.
