Main
- 🐙 60g boiled octopus
- 🧅 15g chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger
- 3 tbsp tempura flakes
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 300cc water
- 100g bread flour
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
Toppings
- Takoyaki sauce as needed
- Bonito flakes as needed
- Aonori as needed
步驟
Chop the pickled ginger and cut the boiled octopus into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the egg and water. Add bread flour and dashi powder, stirring until smooth to create the batter.
Heat a takoyaki pan and grease it with salad oil using a paper towel. Pour the batter into the molds.
Add octopus pieces, green onion, pickled ginger, and tempura flakes to each mold. Once the edges start to set, push the excess batter into the molds and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Roll the takoyaki until golden brown and fully cooked. Serve with takoyaki sauce, bonito flakes, and aonori.
