- 🐟 2 fillets salmon
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Tandoori Marinade
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🥛 3 tbsp plain yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- Pinch of chopped parsley

Combine all tandoori marinade ingredients in a plastic bag.

Add the salmon to the bag, massage gently, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat and place the salmon skin-side down. Cook until golden brown.

Flip the salmon, cover with a lid, and cook until fully done.
