- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Seafood
- 50g tarako (1 piece)
Vegetables
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- Nori, as needed
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 300ml milk

Slice the shiso leaves thinly. Cut the tarako in half and extract the roe.

Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Drain the water.

Heat the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, mayonnaise, milk) in a frying pan until bubbling. Add the spaghetti and tarako, mixing well. Serve with nori on top.
