Main
- 🥩 250g sliced beef
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Coating
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步驟
Mix sliced beef with salt and pepper in a bowl. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Coat the patties in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C. Fry the patties for about 2 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and fry for another 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Add butter, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Stir to combine.
Serve the beef cutlets on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
