Main Ingredients
- 🍗 125g chicken breast
- 150g daikon, sliced
- 3 slices ginger
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 12.5g kaiware sprouts
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 250ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Slice the daikon into 1cm thick rounds and peel the skin. Cut the kaiware sprouts into half-length pieces.
Mix all the seasonings (☆) in the rice cooker pot. Add daikon, chicken breast, ginger, and green onion, then start the regular cooking cycle.
Remove the daikon, chicken, ginger, and green onion from the pot. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the remaining broth in a pan over medium heat. Once boiling, add the cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened.
Plate the daikon and chicken, pour the thickened sauce over, and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
