- 300g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 200cc water

Add ginger and seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, water) to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add boiled octopus, cover with a drop lid, and simmer over low heat for 30–40 minutes.

Remove the octopus and reduce the cooking liquid until it thickens to half its original volume.

Return the octopus to the pot and coat it with the reduced sauce. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
