Chicken
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
- 1 tsp salad oil
Pasta / Noodles
- 50g macaroni
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Sauce
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Slice onion thinly. Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate into small clusters.
Mix the teriyaki sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place chicken skin-side down, cook until browned, flip, cover, and cook on low heat until done. Add teriyaki sauce and stir to coat.
Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
In a pot, melt butter, add onion and shimeji mushrooms, sauté until softened. Turn off heat, add flour, and mix to coat.
Add consomme and cook while stirring. Once boiling, add milk and stir until thickened.
Combine cooked macaroni with the sauce, transfer to a gratin dish, top with teriyaki chicken and pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
