食材
Fish
- 🐟 4 fillets horse mackerel (140g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the horse mackerel fillets and let them sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the fillets skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and simmer until the fillets are coated and glossy.
Plate the fillets and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
