食材
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Mayonnaise as needed
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, let cool, and cut into 8 pieces. Coat both sides with cornstarch.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, place tofu pieces, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Remove excess oil with kitchen paper, add seasoning ingredients, and mix. Heat again over medium heat, coating tofu until sauce reduces by half.

Serve tofu on a plate, drizzle remaining sauce and mayonnaise, and sprinkle chopped green onion.
