食材
Chicken
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 100g sliced onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil for frying
- 1 tbsp olive oil for dough
Condiments
- Mayonnaise as needed
- 🧀 100g pizza cheese
- Chopped green onion as needed
Dough
- 150g pancake mix
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 💧 50cc water
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Mix pancake mix, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Add water and mix until no dry powder remains. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Trim the base of shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until the color changes.
Add shimeji mushrooms and onion to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.
Add teriyaki sauce ingredients and cook for 2 minutes until the flavor is absorbed.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape into a round pizza base by hand.
Brush olive oil onto the dough. Add teriyaki chicken, pizza cheese, and drizzle mayonnaise over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
