Fish
- 🐟 360g sardines, cleaned
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, minced
- 🧅 4 green onions, chopped
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Mince the shiitake mushrooms and chop the green onions.
Remove the skin from the sardines and chop them until sticky.
Mix sardines, mushrooms, and green onions in a bowl. Add sake, miso, and cornstarch, then mix until sticky. Shape into two oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned, flip, cover, and steam on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the teriyaki sauce ingredients to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
