Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
Topping
- 🧅 5cm white part of green onion
步驟

Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the yellowtail fillets until both sides are browned.

Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel, add the seasoning mixture, and simmer over low heat until thickened.
