- 🐟 2 slices yellowtail
Vegetables
- 1/4 bunch shungiku
- 1 turnip, peeled and cut into wedges
- 🧅 1/4 onion, grated
Condiments
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman rich broth sauce
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
Other
- A pinch of flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Cut the shungiku in half. Peel the turnip and cut into 8 wedges. Grate the onion and remove excess water.
Coat the yellowtail slices with a pinch of flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail, shungiku, and turnip, cooking until browned. Remove the shungiku and turnip, and wipe off excess oil.
Add the Kikkoman rich broth sauce and grated onion to the pan, simmering to coat the fish.
Plate the fish, shungiku, and turnip. Garnish with lemon slices.
