- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic

Cut the pork belly block into 1.5cm thick slices.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork slices, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
