Meat
- 🐖 200g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
步驟
Cut the pork belly into 1cm slices, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Slice the onion thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork slices, and cook until both sides are browned. Wipe off excess oil and add the sliced onion, cooking until softened.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger), bring to a boil, and stir to combine. Serve on a plate.
