Main
- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp miso
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the thick fried tofu into 1/3 thickness. For the thicker piece, cut a square leaving a 1cm border and hollow out the center. Place this hollowed piece on top of the other tofu piece to create a container.
Finely chop the hollowed-out tofu center and place it in a bowl. Add miso and white sesame seeds, then mash and mix well.
Crack an egg into the tofu container. Poke several holes in the yolk using a toothpick. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top and bake in a toaster oven for about 3 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve on a plate and accompany with the miso mixture prepared earlier.
