- 150g firm tofu
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 chili, halved and deseeded
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper

- 150ml olive oil

Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes. Place on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes without covering. Let it cool.

Slice the garlic and remove its core. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds, and trim the stem.

In a frying pan, add garlic, chili, salt, and olive oil. Heat on low until the garlic aroma is released. Add tofu and cook for about 2 minutes.

Sprinkle black pepper before serving.
