- 500g bean sprouts
- 1 block firm tofu
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp perilla powder
步驟

Wrap the mashed tofu in a cloth and squeeze out the water.
