Main Ingredients
- 250g firm tofu
- 1 piece cod roe
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 1 tsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
步驟
Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces. Make a cut in the cod roe skin and extract the roe.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the cod roe until its color changes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and bring to a boil.
Add the tofu to the pan and bring to a boil again. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve in a dish and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
