Main Ingredients
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
- 2 tbsp miso paste

Trim the root ends of enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add dashi powder and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add enoki mushrooms and tofu. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Dissolve miso paste into the soup and mix well. Turn off the heat just before boiling.

Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
