    • 🥡 1 block firm tofu

    • 🐟 1 small can tuna (80g)

    • 🥕 4cm carrot, julienned
    • 80g mizuna, cut into 6cm lengths

    • 2 tbsp dried hijiki
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp mirin
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

Soak dried hijiki in water for about 10 minutes, then drain. Julienne the carrot and cut mizuna into 6cm lengths. Drain the canned tuna.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add tuna, hijiki, and carrot, stir-frying until the oil coats the ingredients. Tear the tofu into pieces and add to the pan, continuing to stir-fry.

After 2–3 minutes of stir-frying, add mirin and salt for seasoning. Add mizuna and stir-fry briefly to combine.
