- 50g penne
Seafood
- 1 piece mentaiko
Protein
- 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Boil water in a pot and cook the penne according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly. Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts and halve them. Remove the thin skin from the mentaiko and extract the contents.

In a bowl, mash the tofu with a whisk until smooth. Add the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper) and the mentaiko, then mix well.

Add the penne and kaiware sprouts to the bowl and mix gently.
