- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Protein
- 🍶 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🥦 100g broccoli florets
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 150ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper, place in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool.
Separate the broccoli into small florets.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add shrimp, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add broccoli and seasoning ingredients (salt, chicken stock, water), then mix. Tear the tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan.
Once bubbling, cover the pan and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Remove the lid, turn off the heat, and add the cornstarch slurry. Stir and heat over medium heat until thickened.
