Main Ingredients
- 20g short-type vermicelli
- 100g silken tofu
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
步驟

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.

Add wakame and vermicelli to the boiling broth, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the tofu cubes to the pot and bring the soup back to a boil.
