Cheese Filling
- 🧀 200g cream cheese
- 200g silken tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 60g sugar
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 30g cake flour
Bottom Crust
- 80g biscuits
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 🧈 30g unsalted butter
步驟
Prepare cream cheese and butter by bringing them to room temperature. Sift the cake flour. Grease the baking pan with butter and line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them finely using a rolling pin. Add the remaining crust ingredients and mix well. Press the mixture evenly into the lined baking pan.
Blend all the cheese filling ingredients in a mixer until smooth. Pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 45–50 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 1 hour.
