Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 🥬 80g cabbage
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 2 spicy chilies
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- A small amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp perilla powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Prepare all the ingredients.
Mix the seasoning ingredients to make the sauce.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry with 2 tbsp cooking oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and firm.
In another pan, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil and stir-fry green onion, garlic, and chili over medium heat until fragrant.
Add chopped cabbage and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, then stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Add the tofu, perilla powder, sesame oil, and pepper, then stir-fry again to combine.
