Tofu
- 🧈 75g silken tofu
Chocolate
- 🍫 150g dark chocolate
Powder
- Cocoa powder as needed
步驟
Pat dry the tofu with kitchen paper and mix it in a bowl until smooth.
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolate using a water bath at 50–55°C, stirring gently until fully melted.
Add the smooth tofu to the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 12 portions and shape them into round truffles.
Coat the truffles with cocoa powder.
