- 150g silken tofu
- 🍬 60g sugar
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧈 50g melted unsalted butter
- 120g cake flour
- 🍫 20g pure cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
步驟
Preheat the oven to 170°C and line the baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the tofu and sugar until smooth. Add milk and melted butter, then mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine cake flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Sift this mixture into the wet ingredients and gently fold to create the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes at 170°C.
