- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Cheese
- 🧀 To taste pizza cheese
Meat Sauce
- 160g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 2 tsp flour
Tofu Cream
- 🍥 150g silken tofu
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- To taste pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
步驟
Wrap silken tofu in kitchen paper, microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, and pat dry.
Boil water in a pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, and drain.
Mince the onion finely.
In a bowl, combine minced onion, all meat sauce ingredients except flour, and mix. Sift flour over the mixture, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Divide the cooked meat sauce into two portions.
Mix spaghetti with one portion of meat sauce and divide into heatproof containers.
Mash tofu in a separate bowl until smooth.
Add remaining tofu cream ingredients to the mashed tofu and mix until smooth.
Layer the heatproof containers with tofu cream, remaining meat sauce, and pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
