Meat
- 300g ground pork
Tofu
- 200g silken tofu
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp sake
Cooking Oil
- 4 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
步驟
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, place on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes without covering. Drain thoroughly and let cool.
In a bowl, knead ground pork with salt and pepper until sticky.
Add tofu, grated ginger, egg, and sake to the pork mixture and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 18 portions and shape into balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs until golden and cooked through.
In a separate pan, mix all sauce ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat until bubbling.
Turn off the heat, add the meatballs to the sauce, and coat evenly.
