Main Ingredients
- 🥚 400g tofu
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
- 🧂 to taste salt
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of ground pepper
步驟
Slice tofu into long pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
Tear enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with oil, fry tofu until golden on all sides, and season lightly with salt.
In the same pan, cook enoki mushrooms until golden, seasoning lightly with salt.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sugar and vinegar until dissolved, then add the remaining ingredients.
Arrange fried tofu on a plate, top with cooked mushrooms, and drizzle with the sauce before serving.
