- 200g pancake mix
Wet Ingredients
- 150g silken tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 80ml milk
Cooking Essentials
- As needed vegetable oil
- 🧈 As needed unsalted butter
- As needed honey
步驟
Mash the silken tofu in a bowl until smooth.
Add the egg and mix well, then pour in the milk and stir. Add the pancake mix and combine until no dry powder remains.
Heat a frying pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan, cover, and cook on low heat until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Repeat for 4 pancakes.
Serve the pancakes on a plate, top with unsalted butter, and drizzle with honey.
