Main Ingredients
- 🥚 300g tofu
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 🍄 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushroom
- 5 cups kelp anchovy stock
- 4 tbsp perilla seed powder

Mash 300g tofu in a pot using a spoon.

Add 1 stalk of sliced green onion (white part), 1/2 cup washed sliced shiitake mushrooms, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp soybean paste to the pot.

Pour 5 cups of kelp anchovy stock into the pot and bring to a boil.

Once the soup is boiling, add 4 tbsp perilla seed powder and stir to dissolve evenly.

Finally, add the green part of 1 stalk of green onion, sliced, and serve hot.
