Main Ingredients
- 300g tofu
- 300g minced pork
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2/3 green onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 🥚 3 large eggs
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Drain the tofu and mash it in a bowl.
Chop the prepared vegetables into small pieces and place them in a food processor.
Add the tofu, minced pork, and chopped vegetables into a large bowl.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into small patties.
Cook the patties on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
