Main
- 150g silken tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 🥛 150ml milk
- 5 drops vanilla essence
- 5g powdered gelatin
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Topping
- 10g whipped cream
- 🌿 Mint leaves, as needed
步驟
Add water to a bowl and sprinkle powdered gelatin over it to bloom.
In another bowl, crack the egg and mix it. Add sugar and stir until combined.
Add tofu to the egg mixture and mash it while whisking until smooth.
In a small saucepan, combine the tofu mixture and milk. Heat over medium-low heat while stirring until just before boiling. Remove from heat and add bloomed gelatin and vanilla essence, stirring to dissolve.
Strain the mixture into heatproof containers. Divide evenly into serving dishes and refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
Top with whipped cream and mint leaves before serving.
