Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 🍗 100g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp shrimp powder
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
步驟
Finely mince the chicken breast.
Mash the tofu with the back of a knife and finely chop the green onion and carrot.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion first, then add shrimp powder.
Once the green onion releases its aroma, add the tofu and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates.
Add the carrot and minced chicken breast, and stir-fry until everything is cooked and fluffy. Season lightly with fish sauce.
Serve over rice as a rice bowl or enjoy on its own as a nutritious meal.
